General FAQ:

  • Do I need to make an appointment to visit UrgiClinic Urgent Care?

    Not at all. Our urgent care clinic operates on a walk in basis. No appointment is needed. Last minute visits and walk-ins are always welcome from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. If you prefer to save a spot, check in on our website!

  • How long is the typical wait time?

    We try our best to get our patients in and out within and hour. However, if you check in online and complete registration forms you can reduce your wait time by over 50%. 

  • Who is going to see me at your urgent care?

    UrgiClinic Urgent Care center is staffed by physicians and Nurse practitioners!

  • What should I bring with me to see a medical provider?

    When you visit UrgiClinic Urgent Care, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card if applicable. 

  • When can I see a provider?

    At UrgiClinic Urgent Care, providers are available from 9 AM to 9 PM every day. To see a provider, simply walk in to our location at 7124 W 83rd St Unit C, Bridgeview, IL 60455.

  • What age groups do you treat?

    We treat patients six months and up, children and adults are welcome! Walk-in care is available every day.  

Services FAQ:

  • Do you perform physical exams?

    Absolutely. Our providers are on hand to provide mandatory employment physicals. We also provide sports screening exams and school physicals.

  • Do you perform STD testing?

    Yes of course. We keep our offices open late during the week and we’re open daily so you’ll never have to wait to get tested.

  • Do you provide x-rays?

    Yes, we offer x-ray services on-site with results being read by the radiologist in less than 30 min. For prompt testing and diagnosis.

  • Do you offer/perform flu tests/flu shots?

  • Do you offer laboratory services on site?

    We offer a broad range of laboratory work tests on-site.

  • Do you perform EKG testing?

Billing FAQ:

  • How much does urgent care cost?

    If you have current insurance, you will be expected to pay for your urgent care co-payment at the time of the service. For patients without insurance, the urgent care center at UrgiClinic Urgent Care offers significant savings over a typical visit to the local hospital emergency room.


    Unfortunately, we can’t bill patients their visit balance nor do a payment plan. Payment is expected at the time of the visit. Most credit cards are accepted.


    If you have a question about the cost of a visit, simply ask at the time of check-in or give us a call.

  • Do you bill the emergency room co-pay?

    No, we don't bill the emergency room co-payment. Our costs are close to the line of the primary care physician’s visit.

  • Do you accept my insurance plan?

    Most insurance plans are accepted. If you have a question about a particular insurance plan and if it is accepted simply ask at the time of check-in or give us a call.

  • Do you see patients without insurance?

    You don’t have to have insurance to be seen by one of our providers. Please be prepared to pay for your visit at the time of service.

  • Can I still come in if I can’t find my insurance card?

    Of course! The important thing is that you get the medical care you need. If you have your member number, the name of your insurance company, and a photo I.D. you’re good to go!
